For four generations, the Hofstatter family has been tending its vineyards on both sides of the Adige valley. Today the estate extends up to the steep slopes of the Moselle, in Germany, and among the imposing mountains of Trentino. Without fearing the challenges of heroic viticulture, they cultivate every single variety in order to express themselves at their best. The winery enhances the most suitable particles of historic farms, vinifying them separately, and reporting the name of each vineyard on the label. The work between the rows and in the cellar collects the legacy of the ancestors, combining respect and love for nature and innovation.
