The Zangani farm is located in the municipality of Santo Stefano Magra in the province of La Spezia (Italy). Since 1952, its foundation year, the family produces wine and oil on its own land. Over time the Zangani farm has increased its land to the current area of over 40 hectares. The principal activities of the farm are the cultivation of the fruits of the olive trees and grapes to process them into olive oil and wine to be commercialized. The land planted with olive trees are over 9 hectares, mostly located in the hills between 150 and 250 meters above the sea level in the municipality of Santo Stefano di Magra. The research performed on local varieties and on the morphology of the terrain have brought the farm to plant about 90% of Razzola cultivars. The ultimate expression of the local wine is represented by the Vermentino, which the company has been producing for over thirty years.
