Prestige Rosé by Taittinger is no ordinary rosé: a complex champagne with a vivid, intense and iridescent pink color, with persistent froth and very fine bubbles. A rosé champagne of assembly, coming from the best Pinot Neri from the Reims mountain and Les Riceys, capable of giving this cuvée its incomparable color, but also its vibrant intensity in the mouth. The high proportion of Chardonnay, about 30%, then completes the assembly, giving this Domori proposal the elegance and delicacy typical of Taittinger champagnes.
You can appreciate the nose aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherry, black currant) and in the mouth that subtle balance between velvety and full-bodied that recalls all the wine proposals of the highest quality. Four adjectives describe the palate: lively, fruity, fresh and lively, as only a blended rosé can afford to be.
