Select was born in Venice by the young Pilla brothers in the 1920s. Select is the original spritz recipe as we know it today, it is the father of the cocktail that has become famous all over the world. Rich in tradition and a symbol of quality, this aperitif refers to the authentic flavors of the past. Its verve is due to the presence of 30 different aromatic herbs including rhubarb roots and juniper berries which give great structure and persistence to the product.
Very intense, complex, thanks to the balance of sweet citrus notes and bitter notes of roots and bark. The original recipe is still a secret but its flavor is not, it has become the true aperitif of the lagoon: proud of its origins!
