Quartin was born from a team of innovators who put together their skills in different sectors to give life to a new way of understanding wine. In small cellars there is good wine, which is where Quartin's idea was born. This wine has a provenance but not a destination: it is sustainable in material, transport and storage. There is no place, rule or occasion, because to be revolutionary you have to be innovative and Quartin is.
