Judeka is a young company born from the dream of Cesare and Valentina: to enhance their land and take advantage of everything that Sicily has to offer. Judeka wines are an expression of territoriality and deep respect for the environment.
This philosophy has made it possible to create, through research and innovation, quality wines that are representative of the territory. Judeka follows the principles of organic cultivation, the grapes are harvested by hand, thus keeping the character of the fruit intact while preserving the peculiarities of the native vines. The winery is surrounded by 45 hectares of clay and sand, soils that give the grapes particular elegance and intensity in aromas. Judeka wines have the sole objective of guaranteeing uniqueness, authenticity and genuineness.
