The cellar of I Carpini is located in Pozzol Groppo, a small rural town on the Tortona Apennines inserted in a rare context of uncontaminated territory, where the elements that make up the ecosystem are preserved: not only the flora and fauna but also air, land and water, respecting biodiversity.
