Italian excellence, from Emilia to international views

Fondo Montebello is an all-Italian reality, born in Emilia Romagna, precisely in the province of Modena, in the 90s. A reality famous in Italy and abroad for the production of Made in Italy excellence, especially the beloved and traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. A reality capable of offering a range of truly heterogeneous proposals: it does so by perfectly marrying the Tuscan tradition of Sangiovese with the rampant soul of the Friulian vineyards. All Fondo Montebello products come from vineyards that have their roots in rocky hills between 400 and 600 meters above sea level. The vineyards of Friuli Venezia Giulia are located in the DOC Friuli Grave area in the municipalities of Porcia, Pasiano and Azzano Decimo and in the DOC Prosecco area. Considerable are the investments that this winery faces in order to promote a modern viticulture oriented to low production of grapes per hectare, improving the yield in terms of quality.
