Casato Prime Donne and Fattoria del Colle are the beating heart of Cinelli Colombini. Casato prime Donne is the first Italian winery entirely managed by women, which has achieved international success thanks to the quality of its Brunellos. A property of 40 hectares in which there are 17 hectares of Sangiovese vineyards and the cellar for the vinification and aging in barrels of the Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino. There the cellarmen are all women, including the winemaker, a unique feature in Italy that makes this winery a real flag for oenology in pink. In the South of Chianti, the second Cinelli winery is located: a sixteenth-century farm with an ancient history and a winery projected into the future. The buildings form a small village, around which there are olive groves, vineyards and parks. The symbolic wine of the Fattoria del Colle is Cenerentola Orcia DOC. To produce this wine, Sangiovese and Foglia Tonda grapes are used, a native vine of this area abandoned about a century ago that the Fattoria del Colle has again enhanced. Cinelli Colombini has as its sole objective the enhancement of the territory aiming at excellence and quality.
