All the Bombay Sapphire flavor comfortably in a can
The name of this distillate, widely appreciated in the world, refers to the Bombay Star: a 182 carat sapphire found in Sri Lanka and currently kept in Washington, shown in the famous brand logo.
Bombay Sapphire is a London Dry method gin obtained with a triple distillation through three copper stills: unlike the standard method, which involves the infusion of botanists, the peculiar stills in its production have botanists positioned above the alcohol tank, so that the vapors pass through the ingredients and capture their aroma.
The aroma of the distillate is characterized by the mixture of ten ingredients:
- Juniper Berries (Tuscany, Italy)
- Almond (Spain)
- Lemon (Murcia, Spain)
- Licorice (China)
- Radice di Iris (Tuscany, Italy)
- Angelica (Dresden, Germany)
- Coriander (Morocco)
- Cinnamon (Indochina)
- Java pepper (Java, Indonesia)
- Grains of Paradise (West Africa)
The result is a soft and clear gin, with a balanced and slightly citrus flavor, a characteristic that makes it suitable for the most delicate palates and for the most creative mixology.
