Balgera Vini is one of the oldest wineries in Valtellina, active since 1885 in Chiuro in the heart of Valtellina: generation after generation, the descendants of the founder Pietro Balgera have handed down the secrets and values of tradition to this day. Today, more than a century later, many things have changed but not the Balgera family's passion for wine, in the wake of an ancient tradition that still perpetuates its most important values after a long time. Today Balgera wines mature and still age in the same place where the activities were in full swing at the end of the nineteenth century: the five generations of the family who have succeeded one another at the helm of the winery have ensured continuity in management, constantly innovating techniques and processing methods.
