We are in the Marche region, in the municipality of Montefiore Dell'Aso, one of those natural theatres that, thanks to their history, enclose an extraordinary beauty, made up of values and people. Domodimonti, amidst the hills of Montefiore, is an organically certified farm that aims to enhance the extraordinary potential of this land, producing wines in harmony with nature. This is why we have become infected by the desire for authenticity. We are people who have chosen to be well, and the result is confirmed today by the seven labels we produce and the processing methods we apply in the cellar every day. We apply organic farming methods, we prune and harvest by hand, we re-select the grapes in the cellar before vinification and we bottle in a controlled atmosphere. One Brut sparkling wine based on Passerina, two Offida DOCG white wines with Passerina and Pecorino in purity, two IGT Marche red blends and two reserves in purity of Montepulciano and Petit Verdot.
