Description of the activity
Emanuele Vescovo, sommelier and wine communicator, accompanies us on this journey for beginners through the essential aspects of the art of enology. The first episode is about the tools of the trade for serving, tasting and storing: Emanuele then guides us through the life cycle of wine, from the vineyard to the bottle. With the help of a very special guest, he will show us how to articulate a speak on wine, how to recognise its characteristics and how to describe it in a universal way that everyone can understand. Finally, he will tell us about the different characteristics of the main types of Italian wine: red, white and rosé. There will also be a special chapter on national and international sparkling wines. And finally, a special chapter is dedicated to sweet wines and their special features.
