Poliziano was founded in 1961 when Dino Carletti, in love with his native land and its infinite winemaking tradition, purchased the first core of 22 hectares. Its name is a tribute to precisely this. In fact, anyone native to Montepulciano is defined as a Poliziano. Federico Carletti, Dino's son, after completing his studies in Agriculture, took over the management of the company at the end of the 70s. He immediately brought about a professional and philosophical turning point. Over the years, the company has grown to reach the current 170 hectares cultivated with vineyards. Focused on quality viticulture, modern yet respectful of the environment and tradition, he obtains a Vino Nobile of great depth that manages to engage even international tastes.
