Description of the activity
On the gentle hills of Morro d’Alba, about 10 km from the sea in the province of Ancona, Stefano Mancinelli’s vineyards and olive groves are cultivated in a particularly well-suited area of the Marche hinterland. The estate covers approximately 60 hectares, of which 25 hectares are dedicated to vineyards specializing in the production of Denominazione di Origine Controllata wines: Lacrima di Morro d’Alba D.O.C. and Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C. Classico, both typical of the region. A unique point of excellence for the company is its distillation plant—the first in the region—where fresh pomace from the cellar is distilled to produce Grappa di Lacrima and Grappa di Verdicchio in various forms and styles. During the evening, you will taste 7 wines: - Lacrima di Morro d'Alba 2024 - Lacrima di Morro d'Alba SENSAZIONI 2023 - Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Superiore 2023 - Terre dei Goti Marche IGT Rosso 2018 - Re Sole Lacrima di Morro d'Alba Passito 2016 - Mancinelli Metodo Classico Brut - Mancinelli Metodo Classico Rosè Brut Accompanied by typical food from the Marche region and some "unique" pairings. LIMITAZIONI • The tasting will take place on April 28th, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM at the Winelivery Bar & Enoteca Citylife, in Via Giovanni da Procida 5, Milan.
