Cantina della Volta was born from the century-long experience of the Bellei family, wine entrepreneurs in Bomporto di Modena since 1920, of which the winemaker Christian represents the fourth generation in the business. The company is based in the original Bellei Winery building, built by Christian’s great-grandfather near the bank of the Naviglio di Bomporto, close to the 18th-century dock—the place where boats had to perform "la volta" (the turn) on their journey to resume navigation towards the city of Modena. The riverboat symbol and the name Cantina della Volta are owed to this place, rich in meaning and history. During the evening, you will taste 3 glasses: - “RIMOSSO” Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Frizzante 2024 - “ROSÉ” Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Brut Metodo Classico 2020 - “IL MATTAGLIO” Blanc de Noirs Brut Metodo Classico Riserva 2017 With typical Emilian food pairings. LIMITAZIONI • The Tasting takes place on April 16, 2026, starting at 8:30 PM at the Winelivery Bar & Enoteca Citylife, in Via Giovanni da Procida 5, Milan. It is advisable to arrive 15 minutes early.
