Experience an evening discovering Birra Viola! Maurizio Ardurini, founder of Birra Viola, says that when he was a child, his grandfather often took him on car trips. Being a great motor enthusiast, his grandfather would always say to him, strictly in the Romagnolo dialect: “Sent cum la và sta machinena, la và com’è nà viola!” Translated, the meaning was: “Listen to how this car goes, it goes like a viola!”. By pure coincidence, the car in question was a purple Fiat 127, but the deep meaning was something else. Most likely, his grandfather meant that the sound of the engine was as harmonious and perfect as that of the musical instrument. But from 그 moment on, for Maurizio, the term “VIOLA” has always represented excellence: if something works perfectly, then it "goes like a viola." Therefore, for him, VIOLA represents something that GOES WELL: it’s good to make it, and it’s good to drink it! The Tasting During the evening, you can taste 4 beers of your choice from the following, accompanied by appetizers: - Bianca Blanche 4.8 (75cl) - Bionda Lager 5.6 (75cl) - Rossa Red Ale 6.6 (75cl) - Numero Tre Pale Ale 6.6 (75cl) - Viola Ipa (35.5cl) Price for 4 beers + appetizers: €20 The package can be shared between two people for those who prefer.
