Live an experience discovering the wines of Valpolicella with Azienda Agricola Valentina Cubi, located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region. Their guiding principles have always been tradition, native grape varieties, sustainability, and family. At Valentina Cubi, they define themselves as "wine artisans," producing wines exclusively from their own grapes: strictly hand-harvested by a trusted team trained to select the perfect clusters—the only ones that will become wine. During the evening, you will be able to taste 3 wines accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and aged cheeses: - Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Morar BIO 2013 - Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC Arusnatico BIO 2019 - Valpolicella Classico DOC Iperico BIO 2023 After exploring the aromas and flavors held within the glasses, you can get answers to all your curiosities and delve into any aspect you wish by speaking directly with the producer.
