For Gilac, craft production is not a pretext for creating "impossible" and overly complex beers; instead, it must transform into the absolute pleasure of tasting, as they say: "We like beer that is drunk with pleasure!" Their production scrupulously respects rigorous criteria and artisanal methods, and since 2014, it has been part of the "Maestri del Gusto di Torino e Provincia" network. In line with Slow Food principles, they create their gourmet beers by respecting the quality and authenticity people love to find in a product, while honoring nature and the continuity of tradition. During the evening, you will be able to taste these 6 beers: GUENDA: Pale Weisse Beer. CHANDA: Pale Double Malt India Pale Lager. DIVINA: Pale Double Malt Italian Grape Ale. CAESAR: Special Amber Münich Helles. LUCE: Amber Double Malt Helles Bock. LOLAH: Coppery Double Malt Double IPA. Following the tasting, you can discover all the curiosities about Gilac and its beers, narrated directly by those who produce them!
