For Gilac, craft production is not an excuse to create “impossible” or overly complex beers, but rather a way to achieve absolute drinking pleasure. As they say: “We like beer that’s enjoyable to drink!” Their production strictly follows rigorous standards and artisanal methods, and since 2014 they have been part of the Maestri del Gusto di Torino e Provincia network. In line with Slow Food principles, they create their gourmet beers with a focus on quality and authenticity, respecting nature and the continuity of tradition. During the evening, you will be able to taste these 6 beers, accompanied by focaccia: - Dorita – Italian Pilsner, Light - BIOnda – Münich Helles, Special Light Beer from Organic Farming - Alma – Special Ale flavored with Chestnut Honey, Amber with Chestnut Honey - Sophie – Irish Red Ale, Double Malt Red - Asia – Doppelbock, Copper Red Double Malt - Melanie – Oatmeal Stout, Dark Double Malt After the tasting, you will have the chance to discover all the curiosities about Gilac and its beers, told directly by those who produce them! LIMITAZIONI • The tasting will take place on October 23rd, 2025, starting at 9:00 PM, at Winelivery Bar & Enoteca Torino, Via Maria Vittoria 23b, Turin. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early.
