Cantina Clavesana is today the leading producer of Dolcetto and Dogliani DOCG in the Langhe. They have diversified their production with red wines such as Barolo, Nebbiolo, and Pinot Nero, and they produce Alta Langa classic method sparkling wine. Viscerally tied to Dolcetto, they have been able to enrich the biodiversity of our hills and make production diversification a strength. During the evening, you can taste 3 wines: - Sparkling: Alta Langa DOCG Extra Brut - White: Roero Arneis DOCG “Terra” - Red: Barbera d'Alba DOC Superiore “Terra” Accompanied by a mixed mini cutting board. After savoring the flavors and aromas of the glasses, you can satisfy every curiosity and delve into every detail by speaking with the producer. An evening dedicated to the wines of the Piedmontese hills, narrated directly by those who live there!
