The aroma rising from the wine glasses, new friends, and the expert guidance of Luca Buratti and Maurizio Natale from Notte Rossa: this is what awaits you at the entrance of our Winelivery Bar & Enoteca, in Alzaia Naviglio Pavese 2, Milan, on September 17 at 8:00 PM. During the Notte Rossa Tasting, you’ll follow a wine journey that begins with the discovery of the winery's secrets: from the company’s history to the unique features of its wine production area, all the way to the production process itself. You’ll have the opportunity to taste and learn about: - 1 glass of Primitivo di Manduria DOP 2023 - 1 glass of Salento IGP Primitivo 2023 - 1 glass of Primitivo di Manduria DOP Riserva 2019 During the tasting, Luca Buratti and Maurizio Natale will guide you through the various tasting stages, teaching you how to recognize the wine’s aromas and how to conduct a visual, olfactory, and taste-olfactory examination of each glass. Once you’ve discovered the characteristics and notes contained in the wine, you’ll be able to ask questions and delve into the art of pairing with culinary flavors that enhance the wine’s profile.
