Description of the activity
Together with our oenologists, you will discover the most inaccessible vineyards of the appellation and visit our historic cellars, thus deepening the entire production chain, from the cultivation of the vine to the uncorking of the bottle. The following tasting of six of our best sparkling wines, accompanied by traditional cured meats and cheeses, will allow you to deepen all the facets of our territory and the different techniques of sparkling wine of Valdo.
