What you'll do: -Visit the winery's production area -Explanation of the winemaking process and our project -Tasting of 4 wines What to expect: We have brought a winery into a metropolis. Why? To welcome you and give you the key to a world that is sometimes too closed and distant. The Winery is a place to learn, but also to have fun experimenting, challenging yourself, and discovering new flavors with our guidance and tasting journeys (you can even create your own wine!). Fully experience Cantina Urbana: let our Winemaker guide you through the discovery of our wine production methods, including a look at the machinery and aging processes in wooden barrels, steel tanks, and terracotta amphorae. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start the tour at your scheduled time. What’s included: -Welcome glass of wine -Tour of the winery with an introduction to the project and explanation of the production process -Tasting of 3 glasses of wine -Sampling of accompanying gastronomic products LIMITAZIONI • It takes place at Cantina Urbana, Via Ascanio Sforza 87, Milan.
